What to expect when you get tested

We know that COVID-19 travel testing can be stressful, so we will make it as easy as possible for you.

Our highly-trained healthcare staff adhere to mandatory DAP healthcare procedures for specimen collection.

Our RT-PCR tests are valid for travel to both China and Japan. We also provide the Japanese government certificate for entry into Japan

On Your Test Date

When you arrive at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, or at a London Drugs partnered location, you will first check in with the concierge or pharmacist. They will ask you to present your passport and will verify this information. Once this step is completed, you will be directed to a nurse or pharmacist who will explain the process and collect the sample.
We do not provide parking but upon getting your confirmation email post booking, you will receive a link that will help you find parking nearby.

The appointment should take approximately 10 mins. That’s Fast!

We promise it is not as uncomfortable as you might have heard! Nasal swabs will only go about 1.5 cms into your nasal cavity for approximately 16 seconds.

After Your Test

Your results will be emailed to the address provided at the time of booking in a single PDF which includes a personalized Fit to Fly certificate, the lab report, and our accreditation certificates.
Yes. Each individual will receive a personalized Fit to Fly travel certificate, and a Japan-specific one if necessary.

Yes! We have our own lab  that allows us to guarantee the timelines.
