Cancellation & Refund Policy

A deposit is charged at the time of your booking. For RT-PCR cancellations or no-shows this deposit is forfeited. For Antigen Testing, refunds will be offered if a cancellation request is sent via email 48 hours before the appointment time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please contact us at info@fast-test.ca and we will be happy to do so at no additional charge.
